I was pleased to contribute to the Military Discharge Upgrade Legal Practice Manual, curated by the Harvard Law School’s Veterans Legal Clinic at the school’s Legal Services Center. It is a comprehensive guide to the myriad complex discharge-related legal issues that current and former service members may face. Although written primarily for legal practitioners and advocates, it is full of useful information that could empower service members themselves.
